The MIHARI network is taking part in the WIOMSA Symposium (Western Indian Ocean Marine Science Association) this week in South Africa. MIHARI network coordinator Vatosoa presented a poster to highlight the network’s progress in connecting LMMA communities in Madagascar. As well as the formal presentation, it’s been an important week for making connections with others involved in supporting LMMAs in the western Indian Ocean region. More news coming soon!
